Jacob was AMAZING!!!!\n\nI was moving from California to Southern Florida for school. He made the process so easy, not to mention on of the only people to respond to me when I reached out about an apartment. He explained everything to me and sent me videos of the unit as I was on the other side of the country and couldn't look in person. Knowing that I was driving from California to Florida he left the keys in a lockbox so we were able to access the apartment at whatever time we arrived since it was unknown.
